Waterbury Rosh Yeshiva Visiting his Talmidim in Eretz Yisroel

What has become an annually highlighted event on the Yeshiva Ateres Shmuel of Waterbury’s calendar, the Rosh Hayeshiva and many members of the Hanhala are visiting their 200 talmidim in Eretz Yisrael. The trip is one that is designed to continue the strong rebbe-talmid relationship that the foundation of the Yeshiva is built on. The Rosh Hayeshiva has been delivering various shiurim in many different Yeshivos who have requested of him to share Divrei Torah with their Talmidim.

A group of baalei battim who are alumni of the yeshiva are accompanying the Rosh Hayeshiva on his mission.

Shabbos, the highlight of the trip, the Rosh Hayeshiva will be joined by the Menahel Rabbi Daniel Kalish and other members of the hanhalah. The 200 talmidim presently learning in Eretz Yisroel eagerly await this shabbos all year long. As in past years, shabbos goes 36 hours straight of pure nachas and inspiration for both the Tamidim and the rebbeim. The effects of this shabbos are everlasting to everyone involved.

Friday night Davening will be held at the hall opposite the Kosel and is truly something to behold, remaining with them for many years to come.
